L&D Associate (6 Months +)
A leading Management Consultancy based in London is looking for an L&D Associate.
This is initially a contract role for 6 months but could extend thereafter. In this role you’ll be reporting into the HR Director with a dotted line to the HR Business Partners.
Essentially you will be managing the L&D function from an operational perspective. Duties include:
- Responsible for leading UK project/event management activities relating to the coordination, implementation, and completion of smaller projects and training events.
- Co-hosting training sessions and programmes.
- Management of Talent Development diary and calendar of training events.
- Scheduling on-site, hybrid or virtual training sessions.
- Setting up training courses, classes, and monitoring registrations in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Creating training invitations and ad-hoc communications.
- Conducting follow-up and course evaluations to determine effectiveness training programme, course material, and delivery.
- Maintaining project documentation, course materials and folders.
- Planned training schedules, prepared materials and booked necessary rooms and facilities.
