I’m delighted to work with a highly successful, high performing organisation in Gloucestershire to recruit a Learning & Development specialist. You’ll join this wonderful business on a contract basis to design and deliver a high‑impact 9‑month High‑Potential Development Programme and create a clear career progression framework for employees.

In this role, you’ll shape a blended learning curriculum, collaborate with leaders to define future‑focused competencies, and coordinate delivery with internal and external experts. You’ll also review training providers and build a preferred supplier list that supports high‑quality, scalable L&D activity. You’ll join a highly collaberative, relationship led organisation keen to motivate and inspire their workforce.
