I am currently working with a forward-thinking professional services firm that commands a leading position in the legal sector and has a proud heritage of a forward-looking approach.
They are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their Learning and Development team as their Learning Content Manager reporting to the Firm’s Academy lead and sitting within a team of motivated L&D specialists.

The Digital Learning Consultant role plays a crucial part in supporting the L&D team in achieving its goals at the firm. The primary purpose of this role is to implement the firm’s Academy content strategy, which aims to equip our employees with the skills and capabilities needed for success.
As the Learning Content Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees and partners can access the right learning content at the right time through content creation, delivery, and governance.

Working closely with the L&D team, you will identify and prioritize learning content requirements, develop detailed plans, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines. You will provide guidance and support to business users and program owners to optimize our learning management system, ensuring that content is presented clearly and easily accessible. Managing the relationship with our digital content providers, you will curate content based on program requirements and provide ongoing recommendations.

As the Learning Content Manager, you will lead the governance process, regularly reviewing, updating, and archiving content to keep our learning catalogue relevant and up to date. You will also play a crucial role in embedding and evolving our design principles to create consistent and impactful learning experiences.
Collaborating with program owners, you will provide expert guidance on designing high-impact blended learning solutions. Acting as a thought leader in learning design and technology, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing high-impact learning solutions in an international organization. Experience in instructional design and instructional technology is essential, along with proficiency in course development software and at least one Learning Management System. Excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational abilities are required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a complex matrix environment is crucial.
