L&D Specialist – Professional Services
We are currently partnering with a UK international professional services company on an L&D Specialist opportunity. Established over 15 years ago, the firm continues to expand its presence across major markets in the APAC area liaising with major clients across multiple industries including financial and professional services, life sciences, tech and healthcare to name a few. To support internal growth, they are seeking an experienced L&D professional to join their internal L&D team to support the development of their consultants.
Working in a lean and collaborative team, you will report directly to the APAC Director of Performance and support the Singapore and Asia offices on learning and development needs, supporting individual development and growth plans. You will also assess training and development needs through liaising with team leads and managers to create and plan specified training needs for the firm. You should be able to identify learning gaps, utilizing appropriate tools to meet the diverse needs of the workforce and create a continuous learning and development environment that is both rewarding and efficient.
The suitable candidate should bring at least 2+ years of experience within the L&D space within sizeable companies. You should bring an appetite and curiosity to enhance and contribute towards new and existing learning programmes and be passionate about growth. You should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to navigate within a growing and international business that is constantly evolving and diversifying their business.
