Lead, Compensation & Benefits
Our client one of the region’s most reputable and successful education and lifelong learning institutions. As part of their continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefit Lead to join their team.
Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer, you will guide business leaders in developing and implementing compensation strategies that is aligned with the corporate needs. You will be the key focal point to lead annual salary reviews and develop compensation plans that are both equitable and competitive, that will encourage employee retention. Additionally you are expected to manage different assignment and projects from a compensation, benefits design and administrative perspective.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits. Strong foundation of compensation and benefits including salary and benefits benchmarking, legislation and trends will be highly advantageous. You are proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills, highly confident with exposure to senior management.
