Our client, a longstanding leading provider of retirement products and services is seeking an HRIS Lead with 4 or more years of relevant experience to help define, shape, support and strategize their evolving HR Information Systems department. As part of a highly visible small team supporting a domestic, multi-state population of 1000, this impactful role will allow an ambitious and passionate HR data and operations professional unlimited runway to grow, working shoulder to shoulder with their fantastic Head of Compensation and HR Data with the goal of bringing greater capability and definition to their existing platforms. This individual will be responsible for both day to day and bespoke reporting and analytics, and integral in fostering and growing working relationships with functional & technical staff to pinpoint needs and opportunities for the department. In addition to presenting solutions as a primary point person, there will be innumerable development opportunities (such as exposure to compensation work, if that is a plus). Technical prowess in HR systems and MS Excel (inclusive of macros) are musts and fluency in one or more HRIS, preferably UKG (Ultipro) would be ideal. Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or other Business Analytics platforms is also highly desired. This somewhat compact, yet fluid environment means you will immediately see your impact while working in a more autonomous capacity with the support of a fantastic leader and cohesive, down to earth HR team. Salaries will range from 90-120k on a base by experience, with significant additional cash bonus, very generous 401K, solid work/life integration, and more. Candidates must be able to work on a hybrid model with 3 days in their midtown NYC offices each week.
