Leadership and Learning Manager, APAC
We are delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established international law firm who are looking for an APAC Learning and Development Manager to join their high performing team.
Reporting to the Global Learning and Development Director, you are responsible for designing and delivering learning programs for across all functions from junior up to senior leadership level. You will be operating as an individual contributor with a regional coverage so will need to understand the requirements of the organization by maintaining a close partnership with internal stakeholders and liaising closely with the global learning team.
To be successful in the role, you should have solid experience in designing regional learning content for a global professional services firm. You will be comfortable conducting trainings for employees across all different functions. You will be experienced in working closely with the senior leadership team, organising executive coaching for the leaders of the firm. The key to your success will be your proactive attitude and your ability to design, facilitate and implement learning and leadership development solutions as well as driving regional learning projects. You should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Consulting experience would also be beneficial. Experience in law firm or professional services sector is preferred.
