A leading global asset manager with investment professionals globally whose priority is the investment success of its clients are looking to recruit a Leadership Development & Talent Management specialist to join their London based Talent team.
As the Leadership Development & Talent Management specialist you will deliver and embed the leadership curriculum using a blend of external vendors and internal delivery methods. You will also manage exec coaching arrangements for senior leaders, high potentials and peer learning group programmes and organisational effectiveness regionally for EMEA & APAC.
You will also work closely with the broader Talent team and senior leadership teams across the region to support their development and to also provide specialist consulting across the Leadership Development, High Potentials development and the Organisation Effectiveness agenda.
To be successful within this role you will need experience of designing and developing leadership and core curriculum programmes as well full training cycle experience. You will have experience of psychometric and/or qualified in some assessment tools. Experience of operating and delivering in a complex, fast paced global financial services firm is highly desirable.
