Having gone through a strong restructuring process in the past couple of years, they are now deeply determined to reach their ambitious goal of doubling the size of their business and, more importantly, completely reinventing the way the Learning and HR function partners with the business on a larger level!
As the company will be going through a significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the UK population, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to Learning Directors and other senior leaders relating to leadership development and learning initiatives with the ultimate goal of developing a digital learning culture throughout the business. Acting as an internal consultant, you will play a key role in all stages of the learning cycle: consulting the business, learning design/development & delivery, evaluation of both formal/informal learning methodologies and strategies and much more.
We are looking for a truly digitally-savvy learning expert that can work cross functionally within the business and have an impact in supporting the business by facilitating senior stakeholders in transforming their L&D function from a purely traditional approach, to a leading-edge digitally-driven business resource!
You will be deeply passionate and have substantial previous experience in designing and delivering digital learning and leadership development solutions in a global matrix-based organization, and will be very familiar with activities such as sourcing, developing & maintaining flexible learning resources, curating existing content via a leadership pipeline model, researching/curating external learning sources and much more - this will grant you lots of exposure on both a local and international level and allow you to quickly scale and develop into larger responsibilities and opportunities.
