An exciting, high growth, global technology firm is looking to hire a Leadership & Management Learning Director to join their rapidly expanding team. The role will be based the in global HQ in London and partner with HR and non-HR leadership across the international business.
The Leadership & Management Learning Director will support the global top 250 leaders and work with them to understand their learning needs and subsequently design, develop and where appropriate facilitate learning programs and initiative to drive their development. Programs will be focus on all areas of leadership development with initial concentrations in culture transformation, organisational values and leadership behaviours. The Director will also have one direct report supporting the more junior management population.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership development experience to make a real impact on growing organisation and take ownership for both the strategy and execution of pivotal programs. Previous experience leading the end to end learning cycle for a senior population is key and exposure to the technology industry would be highly advantageous.
