Exclusively working a client in Birmingham, I am looking to recruit an L&D Advisor on a 12 Month Contract basis to work closely with the L&D Manager on the development of the L&D offering to the business.
Alongside the L&D Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivering of in-house workshops and the growth of the L&D function which includes the design and delivery of workshops to support business areas. You will ensure these workshops are evaluated and improved where necessary. You will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of the L&D pages on the LMS to ensure a user friendly set of pages, with up to date information. You will support Line Managers in their management of staff with practical L&D solutions, ensuring they understand the options available to them to more effectively engage with and manage staff and advice on relevant L&D policies and practice
In order to be successful in your application you will have demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of training programmes. It would be advantageous to have experience with graduate attraction and the utilisation of the apprenticeship levy. Above all you are hardworking, you want an opportunity to support the development of an HR function, you are ambitious, confident and have excellent communication skills.
