Learning and Development Advisor
Frazer Jones has partnered with a global professional services firm to recruit a Learning & Development advisor to join the team.
This is an additional headcount to the team to work alongside a wider L&D centre of excellence.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Operationally run learning and development initiatives and projects including program management and supporting in the delivery of the initiatives
- Facilitate delivery of training
- Update and maintain content on the LMS
- Promote learning opportunities internally by running internal meetings and building internal stakeholder relationships
- Support business partners with identified client needs
- Other BAU learning and development duties
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in an advisory level learning & development role
- Design and delivery experience
- Experience running initiatives or wider learning projects
- Strong tech skills and experience using a learning management system
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
- Experience working in either professional or financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
This is a permanent opportunity based out of Chelmsford. The firm operate with a hybrid home/office working policy with a requirement to be in the office twice a week.
