This role will support the firm's L&D function for the entire US region with all administrative needs, program planning and coordination. Some of the responsibilities will include calendar management, Excel data management, travel booking, sending and managing program invitations and RSVPs, and event coordination. The perfect candidate brings impeccable organizational, administrative and communication skills, the ability and interest to manage very high-volume, detailed work in a flawless manner, and a proactive and confident style.
