This leading management consultancy is looking for an L&D Associate to join the business. Responsible for building effective and bespoke high end learning solutions, this role will see you reporting into the Head of L&D designing and developing innovative blended learning solutions. These will include, classroom, virtual, eLearning amongst others. Providing exceptional learning experiences the business is looking to meet solid L&D candidates with strong design and delivery exposure.
Providing exceptional learner experiences you will be involved in learning design through to implementation and evaluation. You will define, package and manage the process of effective programs and experiences that will materially impact business results.
Some key aspects include:
- Managing learning design and development projects and vendors
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning
- Evaluate and report on learning initiatives.
- Support business led efforts and OD projects
The business is looking to meet with candidates who are educated to degree level, ideally in psychology or HR and those who are experienced in the full learning cycle across performance gap analysis, instructional design, development and evaluation. You will come from a strong corporate or professional services background with a strong focus on implementing practical, learning focused solutions based on best practice and digital learning environments.
