Join this Financial Services Organisation in this newly created role as Learning & Development Consultant, reporting in to the Head of L&D, to contribute to all L&D initiatives supporting the broader HR plan.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing L&D plans across the business, managing the LMS, creating and updating training material, being first point of contact for all L&D processes, data analysis and reporting, and liaising with external providers.
Experience within a similar level L&D Consultant role is essential, where exposure to financial or professional services is advantageous. Ability to create, update and maintain e-learning training programs (e.g. Articulate experience or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
This permanent position is ideally to start ASAP where you will be joining a growing business based in Melbourne CBD.
