Join this Financial Services Organisation in this newly created role as Learning & Development Consultant, reporting in to the Head of L&D, to contribute to all L&D initiatives supporting the broader HR plan.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing L&D plans across the business, managing the LMS, creating and updating training material, being first point of contact for all L&D processes, data analysis and reporting as well as some facilitation of parts of programs.
Experience within a similar level L&D Consultant role is essential, where exposure to financial or professional services is advantageous. Ability to create, update and maintain e-learning training programs (e.g. Articulate experience or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
This permanent part time position (3 days per week or equivalent) is to start asap where you will be joining a growing business based in Melbourne CBD.
