Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Law Firm on the search for a Learning and Development Coordinator. This pivotal role involves providing crucial administrative support for Learning & Development team, reporting directly into the Learning and Development Manager for EMEA.
The client will also be open to graduates who have a passion to move into the learning and development space who have previous HR experience.
Salary £35,000
The Role:
- Assist with production of learning programmes and materials
- Coordinate induction days and training schedules
- Assist with EMEA events and conferences
- Liaise with external training vendors and update digital platforms.
- Form lasting partnership with training providers
- Contribute to firm-wide communications and manage the L&D calendar.
Requirements:
- Proven L&D administrative experience within a financial or professional environment
- Degree educated
- Exposure to professional services is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
