Learning and Development Director

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with one of the world’s fastest growing beauty brands who are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Director for their Dubai office. As their Learning and Development Director, this role will report to SVP People and Culture of a robust L&D department and framework. This includes designing comprehensive talent development strategies, conducting thorough learning needs analysis, and integrating psychometric testing to optimize individual and organizational performance.

We are looking for candidates who have 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies within a fast-paced and evolving organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in psychometric testing, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles.Master’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
