Our client is a UK based law firm with great collaborative working environment. They are currently looking to bring on board a Learning and Development Executive who would be interested in making a step-up to a diverse role. You will be a part of a regional team, working closely with the HR Manager in supporting the Hong Kong office in L&D and graduate recruitment space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a part of the regional team, reporting to Asia Director and HR Manager
  • Work with Partners and Practice Directors on training coordination and logistics
  • Identify training needs on both CPD and non CPD programme including professional examinations and qualifications
  • Maintain the global training system and coordinate with other Asia offices
  • Manage all administration and arrangement on trainee post seat check ups
  • Support graduate recruitment team in organizing career fairs and other external events
  • Assist HR Manager in screening CVs and interview arrangement
  • Coordinate performance review sessions and trainings between Partners and team

Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning and Development and/or Campus/ Graduate Recruitment in professional firms (Experience with law firm would be an advantage)
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Individual who enjoys working in a teamwork environment
  • Ability to multi-task and to go an extra mile in such varied role
  • Detail minded with excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
