Our client is a renowned global organization currently embarking on a change & transformation agenda. They are seeking the support of a high caliber Learning & Development Manager to join their National P&C team.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging face-to-face & online training programs across the business.
They are transforming their approach to learning and you will embed a blended learning approach that develops future state capabilities & mindsets.
Key duties of the role will involve facilitation of sessions, targeted coaching & mentoring sessions, designing & facilitating client training events and overseeing key strategic projects.
This is a broad and varied role that would suit someone who has a background in L&D with strong facilitation skills from a corporate environment - management consulting, financial services, professional services or similar.
