My client is a global law firm with L&D one of the five core threads within HR. This area of HR manages the growing innovation training programme and designs and delivers skills training across the population.
A key stakeholder will be the Head of Innovation and Head of Business Services, designing and managing the Innovation training programme which includes handling the external providers relationships and identifying innovative and forward thinking threads for this population. Furthermore, if you are experienced in reviewing and upgrading existing offerings within a bespoke L&D platform then there will be a chance to drive this firms programmes forward.
Whilst this role reports into the Senior HR Lead for Learning, the firm trusts and empowers their employees so you will have an element of autonomy. This allows a close and hands on working relationship with the commercial stakeholders which requires a high level of professionalism and also means that the role will handle multiple workstreams and projects.
The business wants a low ego and down to earth personality, someone who can sit closely to their business leaders and influence, then bring a detailed and influential ground in L&D practice.
