Frazer Jones is supporting a Private Equity firm to find a Learning & Development Manager with experience rolling out a new syllabus and portfolio of training material.
The position will report to the Head of HR. You will carry out side by side and remote coaching sessions with people managers to meet the needs of the business. You will need to maintain clear records of coaching activity including improvement plans to help support, develop and motivate staff to deliver departmental and individual objectives and KPIs when applicable.
This exciting opportunity plays a pivotal role in the business to support the entire business in upskilling and driving behaviours. You will have a proven track record of training delivery including core soft skills modules. This will cover delivery across a number of levels and backgrounds with a focus on the management population.
While delivery is key to the success of the individual you will also need to show experience of building out content in a training context.
Fundamental to this role is excellent communication skills, the ability to read others behaviours and to develop relationships with people of all levels across the business.
The client is sector agnostic however if you have insight into the digital and tech space this would be advantageous.
