Do you have a background in legal/professional services and a passion for Learning & Development? My client is a global law firm who are seeking an experienced L&D professional with exposure within a partnership model to join on an FTC. The role will act as both a design and delivery professional with a skew towards classroom learning. Ideally this role will start early 2020.

Supporting the business services and secretarial population the key stakeholders will be the Partners for those business lines, however there are also broader projects across their junior fee-earning group that you can work on. The organisation is always open to hear thoughts and ideas for new training offerings as well as broader suggestions for improving their current curriculum.

Working as part of a larger L&D team you will have a Learning Advisor and Administrator dedicated to the business area and ideally the client wants someone who enjoys managing or mentoring junior talent. This is an extremely varied role which will allow someone to work closely with senior HR and commercial leadership whilst deepening their understanding of learning within the legal space.
