My client, a leading Investment business is in the market for a L&D Manager to cover a period of secondment.
This role requires an experienced Learning professional capable of managing a function from both a people management and technical perspective.
Drawing upon your existing L&D experience, you will work closely with key business stakeholders and other partners to shape and enhance learning programmes and ensure they deliver a high ROI for the business.
You should have a successful track record of delivering a suite of learning interventions & senior stakeholder management within a financial services organisation and be passionate about inspiring people and helping them achieve exceptional results. In addition, you should be a creative and imaginative person who enjoys working in a collaborative global team environment.
In this role you will be working closely with internal subject matter experts and other partners to develop content for existing & new programmes that are practical and highly interactive. You will provide L&D guidance to teams with specific requirements, including needs analysis, programme design, train the trainer support and evaluation techniques. You will also support and work in partnership with the business and HR colleagues globally to develop L&D projects & programmes.
As a minimum you will have experience in L&D from a financial services firm, developing and facilitating professional development / leadership training programmes / business training programmes. A CIPD learning and development qualification is strongly preferred. You will be client-centric with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills. Able to build strategic partnerships with key global stakeholders.
