We have a current opportunity for a L&D manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London four days per week and one day remote working.

The core duties and responsibilities of the Learning and Development Manager include owning, developing, and embedding the organization’s portfolio of learning solutions for employees.

This includes identifying training gaps and filling them through internal and external mechanisms, analyzing training needs, and delivering L&D support for other HR specialisms.

Additionally, the Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating the professional qualification process, improving and managing feedback mechanisms, keeping up to date with market trends, and collaborating with other internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong L&D experience and knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs preferably in a professional services environment.

They should have experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating L&D programs across a range of learners, using a variety of methods.

The candidate should also possess advanced facilitation skills in the context of organizational learning programs and have experience working with and managing external development partners.

Other key competencies include being able to create and deliver innovative and impactful employee development opportunities, a passion for learning and development, being open-minded and an excellent team player, creativity, and commercial thinking.

The ideal candidate should have a consistently positive attitude and a can-do approach, the ability to work well on their own initiative and as part of a wider team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with managers and colleagues.
