Hybrid (3 days in the office with flex)

This is a super opportunity to join a corporate head office for a luxury brand and be responsible for the learning plan for the finance team globally.

You will be responsible for all things learning within your global finance client group of close to 1,000 employees. Within this role you will be dedicated to supporting their professional development through training that touches across soft skills, topical training, technical and business knowledge and everything from technical training to DEI, Engagement and much more.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent ability to navigate the business through the strong relationships that you build within a very high performing and fast pace environment.

You will work closely with the Global CFO as well as the wider L&D team, contribute to the strategy for the learning and development and training plans for each stage of the employee lifecycle. From graduate, apprentice and early careers programmes to leadership and management programmes, you will be responsible for every stage of employee careers within the business

DUTIES

  • Each business areas have their own dedicated L&D Manager, this new role will drive the L&D agenda to be a best in class, worldwide programme across a varied learning platform
  • Supporting the finance team globally with all their L&D, around 800 employees, and will work closely with the Global CFO and VP of Learning to build and deliver the learning strategy for the business
  • Design create and deliver learning, work in partnership with the wider L&D team, heads of department and other colleagues to also deliver various learning across the business area.
  • Learning programmes could include graduate programmes, apprenticeships, management development, engagement, DEI, as well as technical learning which you will collaborate with internal and external parties to deliver as well as some delivery yourself and utilising an LMS
  • Develop your internal and external network, focus on building relationships and driving communication, delivery and collaboration
  • Come up with creative ideas and learning that will support growth and development of employees.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record working within L&D at a senior/managerial level and within a global context.
  • Experienced in learning design and creation, and exceptional facilitation and delivery skills.
  • Someone who naturally keeps abreast of trends and best practises
  • Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills and excellent ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and deadlines
  • Forward thinking and open to new ideas
  • Ability to take data and turn it into insights
  • You will come from a large matrix global business background, supporting a large population, ideally a finance team in that business with their L&D
