One of the UK's leading children's charities are looking for a Learning & Leadership Development Manager to provide Learning & Leadership Development support across the organisation. The HR Director is incredibly enthusiastic about making L&D a big part of their HR agenda and implementing this throughout the charity. Upon joining you will be working directly with the Head of Wellbeing, Development and People Operations, and be responsible for the full learning lifecycle.
An innovative individual will succeed in this role, developing and implementing creative and agile learning interventions and an organisational development strategy. You will be working alongside Managers and Directors in identifying skills gaps, to designing and delivering these learning needs. Experience working with senior management would be useful within this role also for the opportunity to design and deliver Leadership Development Programmes.

Salary: Up to £50,000
