Reporting into the HR Director and managing a team of five, the role is responsible for the entire L&D agenda and strategy across the company and a headcount of c.2,500.
The Manager will take responsibility for all L&D design, delivery, needs analysis and evaluation, and to include leadership and organisational development. The ability to lead, coach and develop the team will be very important alongside your ability to engage and work with senior stakeholders across the business.
This role would suit someone already at Manager level and preferably with direct line management experience. To be considered for this role you must have previous L&D and Leadership development experience within a professional or financial services environment, or similar white collar organisation.
If you are currently based outside of the South West, relocation to Bristol will be necessary.
