My client, a market leader within the Travel & Tourism industry, are seeking an experienced Learning & Development specialist to start an interim contract immediately. Initially the role will run until the end of the year however there is the potential the position will become permanent in January 2020.
Sat within the Learning & Development team this role will specialise in the Graduate Programme Management as well as wider aspiring manager training delivery. The ideal person will be an autonomous worker that is confident in liaising with stakeholders at an executive level, enjoys a high-energy environment and is delivery focused.
This specialist will have responsibility for the attraction, recruitment and retention of the 2020 graduate intake, as well as the day-to-day management of the 2018/2019 graduates already in the business. You will also be responsible for delivering management training across the business for any aspiring future leaders and ensuring the right training is available for individuals looking to progress within the company.
Extra projects will also include managing and creating new apprenticeship programmes which will sit across both the operations and corporate teams, as well as budget management for all programmes across the early careers space.
