Learning and Development Manager – Legal
A global tier 1 professional services firm with an excellent reputation in the market, and who we have partnered closely with for a number of years, is looking for a HR Officer to join the Singapore team.
This will be a broad HR Generalist role with a large focus on HR Operations. This person must be comfortable managing HR Administration end-to-end including; leave management, onboarding and offboarding, HR data analysis, reporting and surveys, HR systems management and ensuring practicing certificates and licenses are renewed as and when required. This person will also be the point of contact for all HR related queries for the Singapore office.
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with great end-to-end experience of the HR employee lifecycle and local employment regulations. This individual will be key in ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively, taking a continuous improvement approach, enhancing processes and policies, where needed with a focus on quality deliverables.
This person will enjoy working within a close-knit and diverse regional and global team with a proud focus on high performance and providing a consultative approach to the business and Partners. We are looking for someone who will look to develop and grow with the company. Experience working in legal industry or a global professional services organisation is preferred.
