Reporting directly to the HR Director, my client is looking for a Learning & Development Manager based in their offices in Bath.
This role plays a key part in providing L&D solutions across the business at all levels and aligned to the business and people strategy. You will embed a Learning culture through a blended approach that will include: leadership and management development, defined career development including curriculum development and design, and a number of key projects across training delivery, LMS and trainee lifecycles. You will also be responsible for managing an L&D Co-ordinator.
This role would suit someone with experience gained in a head office environment with a white collar workforce eg financial or professional services or similar. Alongside your depth and breadth of L&D experience you will be able to evidence experience of designing and delivering management development, have worked with third party suppliers and up to date expertise in L&D methodologies and technologies. Your credibility and gravitas at senior levels and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships will also be critical.
