Our client, a retail brand are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Partner on a 12 month maternity cover.
You will be reporting into the Head of Learning and Development and will take full responsibility for all head office training. You will be supporting up to 300 staff across the business working in a busy L&D team of 4.
You will be taking sole responsibility for the design and delivery of a variety of learning solutions for professionals across the business at all levels. You will undertake needs analysis of teams and evaluate successes in order to continuously improve training processes. You will organise the implementation of training programmes, courses and workshops, managing the full training cycle.
The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development. You will have experience of developing and delivering engaging content and take an innovative approach to learning. Ideally you will have experience working in retail or hospitality and will be immediately available.
