I am delighted to be supporting a Private Equity backed organisation in an exciting growth phase to hire a Learning and Development Partner.
As the Learning and Development Partner you will be joining the organisation at a pivotal time of growth and playing a key role in the development of the employees. You will be the first hire in the L&D space and will be driving the progression and development of the employees across all business areas. Working closely with the Head of Talent and HR Director you will ensure to deliver a robust L&D strategy in line with talent development.
You will partner with your stakeholders to run skills analysis and understand the potential learning and development needs of their teams to ensure the correct L&D plan for them. You will manage the relationships with external training providers, professional accredited training and sponsorship programmes to ensure a continual delivery of essential training and professional development for the employees. In order to continue the successful growth of the business, you will work with the Head of Talent and the HRBP's to create a succession planning strategy alongside the design and implementation of competencies and capabilities.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Learning and Development professional used to driving projects and developing L&D strategies. You will be a natural coach able to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively. The business whilst fast paced and dynamic are value lead and will always work with their key values and ethos underpinning all they do. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to cover skills cap analysis, manage external providers and experience in wider talent development plans.
Location: London, West End with flexible working
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + 15% bonus
