Learning and Development Partner
Frazer Jones is working with a highly regarded and well-known organisation in Crawley to help them recruit a Learning and Development Partner on a fixed term contract to cover maternity. This organisation takes great pride in their values, which shape their culture and behaviors.
This is a pivotal role within the wider HR Function and has full responsibility for the L&D provision across the UK region, with circa 600 employees. As the Learning and Development Partner, you will support the full learning and developments cycle including needs analysis as well as consolidation and implementation of the training plan. This is a hands on role where you will assist in the design and delivery of all training needs and workshops as well as contributing to L&D initiatives. You will be expected to manage budgets as well as reporting and analysing training needs to ensure all employees are given the relevant course which will allow them to thrive within their chosen careers. In this role you will also be expected to support the delivery of inductions and corporate programmes globally
To be successful in this role you will have proven L&D experience within a similar position, ideally within a large matrix environment. You will be proficient in delivering engaging training courses as well as presentations and have the ability to combine strategic thinking with an understanding of operational requirements. You will be self-motivated, creative and have strong people management skills along with a commercial and pragmatic approach to all things learning.
