Excellent opportunity to use your HR Project and L&D skills in an organisation that provides essential services to disadvantaged communities.
This national organisation is looking to establish and grow an L&D function which will offer training and learning opportunities to all of its staff.
This project role will work closely with the business and external providers to research what training opportunities are needed and available (both soft skills training and industry specific and regulatory training).
With a strong understanding of up-to-date L&D principles, and fresh ideas on what leading organisations are doing at the moment to drive best-in-practice training, you will work closely with the GM of HR to construct an L&D framework and a strategy on how to roll it out to a geographically dispersed organisation.
You will be an L&D professional with experience of training needs analysis, design, development and facilitation. You should have a background rolling out online and face to face training programmes to client groups that are based nationally.
