Opportunity to join a high performing L&D team on a contract basis where you will be able to lead strategic projects and use your coaching skills.
This centralised L&D team supports the whole business with a range of L&D projects and initiatives. This role will involve liaison between senior stakeholders both internally and externally to establish coaching and development activities. You will personally coach senior staff members individually on their own personal development and goals.
Your background in L&D will have included managing multiple projects with numerous stakeholders and you will be someone who is able to deliver outcomes to tight deadlines.
You will be consultative and be able to effectively adapt your style so that you can partner at all levels of the business.
A confident operator, you will be at ease conducting training needs analysis discussions with senior leaders and be able to make recommendations based on Adult Learning principles and and L&D best practice.
Experience in leading strategic projects is a must as is the ability identify learning metrics.
This is a contract role - initially 7 months with potential to extend. Based in the heart of the CBD working with leaders in this space and a high performing HR team where you will thrive if you love to work in a fast-paced environment.
