This national organisation is looking to establish and grow an L&D function which will offer training and learning opportunities to all of its staff.
This project role will work closely with the business and external providers to research what training opportunities are needed and available. With a strong understanding of the complexity of services offered to people with disabilities and the nature of this highly regulated industry, you will be able to recommend to the business which types of industry specific training is industry standard and begin to design training programmes.
A mixture of experience within disability services, HR projects and L&D would be ideal for this role.
