Learning & Development Associate
Our client is a high-growth, global investment manager looking to hire its first dedicated learning professional. This role will join a seasoned CHRO who has built and developed a strong HR team as the organization more than doubled in size over the last several years. In this role, you will partner directly with the CHRO to research, develop and implement curated integration experiences, customized to specific businesses. Additionally, you will take the lead on further developing and embedding other learning opportunities for the business as a whole, on topics such as communications, feedback and manager training. The role will entail significant engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
The firm is seeking ~5 years of relevant experience. Financial services and some exposure within the learning space is preferred, but they are most interested in identifying an individual who embodies intellectual curiosity, drive, maturity and a passion for people development.
