Learning & Development Director
Our client is a renowned, global investment firm seeking a Learning & Development Director to join their growing learning team. Reporting to the Global Head of L&D, this hire will have a global remit, partnering with investment businesses to assess their needs, establish trust and achieve buy-in, and customize learning programs for them. The Director will have 1 direct report supporting program development, scheduling, execution, LMS management, etc.
The firm is seeking 10+ years of relevant, progressive leadership experience in the learning space, within financial services or consulting industries. This hire will require outstanding consultative, communication and influencing skills and demonstrated experience building effective, productive relationships with senior leaders.
Relocation assistance within the U.S is available. This role is Boston-based, 3 days in the office.
