Learning & Development Manager
Frazer Jones are partnering with a financial services business to hire an L&D/OD Manager. You will be part of the wider HR team where you will be responsible for L&D, Organisational Capabilty, Leadership Development, Talent Attraction and DEI. The key objective for this role is to attract, develop and retain high performing talent/teams.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Ensuring the employer brand and talent attraction methodologies and practices are serving the short, medium and long term needs of the business
- Ensuring mandatory training meets legislative requirements
- Oversee the design and delivery of internal programs
- Develop the capability framework that feeds into career and learning pathways
- Manage the annual talent review cycle
- Managing early career talent programs
- Lead on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the business
The ideal candidate for the role will have big ideas and the passion to deliver them. You will have previous experience in L&D and OD including Talent Management and Attraction. Experience with diversity, equity and inclusion will also be highly beneficial.
This role is paying c$150k + Super + Bonus.
