Learning & Development Trainer – Financial Crime

A leading brand in the UK market is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer specialising in Financial Crime to join their established L&D team based in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the business and a team of trainers to enhance Financial Crime education and to provide the training, expertise and knowledge to help prevent Financial Crime in any form it takes. As such you will be responsible for:
* Design and delivery of financial crime induction training
* Training to enhance awareness across all relevant areas of the business
* Work with L&D to drive improvement and identify opportunities

You will have relevant experience of working within a Financial Crime operations role ideally combined with experience/exposure to designing and delivering training. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant industry guidance would be beneficial.
