We are looking for an experience Learning and development professional to cover maternity for 12 months. Your remit will be to manage the growth and development of c 200 UK based employees, most of whom are in client facing roles. You will be involved in the delivery of learning to support a business with a focus of on going development and robust talent and succession planning. This should be continually reviewed to ensure relevance and business impact.
You will be continuing with work already stated to implement learning journeys for employees at all levels, there will be some development and design of learning interventions, which should be impactful and in line with the wider business strategy. Engagement will be key and you will be responsible for driving internal communications to ensure employees are motivated to participate and understand the relevance. The shape of our learning offering is changing and there will be an opportunity to further develop our elearning strategy and leverage some of our specialists within the organisation to shape content which can be delivered through the intranet.
Supporting with performance management, development and management of individual learning plans. Delivery of performance enhancement learning and supporting with the facilitation of the internal mentoring scheme. Supporting with the roll out of learning around appraisal and PDP's. Delivery of core training to support this process.
