A leading global financial services organisation is currently seeking a Learning Specialist on a 6 month contract to start ASAP. The role will be responsible for re-designing, building and developing the Global Risk and Financial Crime Risk (FCR) management programme for executive and senior managers across the bank.
The focus will be on both risk management and leadership development, covering insights for financial and non-financial risks, learning design and on-going solutions management. With the constant evolution of financial regulation, the role has been driven by the need to upgrade and improve the current offering internally, with a particular focus on user-end experience and alternate delivery channels such as digital and mobile.
You will be responsible for working closely with the business to re-define the agenda and identify success measures/outcomes for the programme design, and then lead the project team across multiple disciplines to execute. The role will partner with internal and external experts to lead, influence and co-ordinate these parties to create the foundation curriculum which also supports the banks overarching strategic priorities.
To be considered for this role you must have an expert understanding of risk management and financial crime compliance. Experience managing the end to end learning cycle (from needs analysis to ongoing evaluation) and a banking background is essential and strong project management experience within a global matrix is also required.
