Our client, a highly agile global law firm known for its transformational strategy work, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join their small but vibrant and rapidly growing US office (300+). In this role, the Legal Recruiting Manager will report to the Firm's US Head of Legal Recruiting and partner continually and meaningfully with all leadership on both the strategy and the day to day administration of their campus platform. You will be tasked with the full cycle recruitment process for summer associates while driving future planning and refinement of the Firm's Summer Associate Program.
With the support of a cohesive and high-performing team of 4+ colleagues, this opportunity will allow a motivated individual to enjoy full ownership of the hiring process, while serving as the face of the Legal Recruiting team by attending weekly Hiring Committee meetings.
In addition to day to day operations such as scheduling candidates interviews and collecting interviewer feedback, you'll maintain an applicant tracking database and generate custom reports to analyze statistics in order to assess the effectiveness of current practices, make adjustments, and formalize future changes. Coordinating with the Business Development team on an effective Marketing strategy, you will have sole ownership of the OCI process, as you plan and implement an exceptional summer program (18 - 20 participants, typically) from start to finish.
A truly agile, global firm, this unique role with our client is a rare chance to operate autonomously in a top tier legal environment, employing your exceptional problem solving and communication skills to refine and creatively impact the function in a highly visible way. The firm is known for its fantastic, people-centric culture, excellent benefits, humane hours, and opportunities for growth. If you possess 5 or more years of experience from within a law firm focusing on Associate hiring and campus process, please reach out to schedule a confidential conversation.
