Legal Resourcing Manager – Singapore
We are hugely excited to be working with a global professional services firm in the search for a Legal Recruiter, a newly created position in the team.
This is a top tier firm leading the way in their field of industry and a highly desirable brand in the market who are growing due to repeated success.
As Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the lawyers, from screening potential applicants through to organising candidate feedback and hiring decisions. You will design and drive strategic sourcing strategies to ensure that the firm attracts the best legal talent in the market and will continuously build and maintain a network of potential talent. You will work closely with the regional and global offices, to understand the client demand and update clients with market knowledge on the recruiting trends in the legal industry. You will be responsible for conducting offer negotiations with senior level lawyers, Partners, and General counsel candidates.
The successful applicant will have experience in recruiting agency or in-house for ideally an international law firm, or alternatively a global professional services firm. You will be confident in interviewing and interacting with legal professional, able to assess the skills and suitability of legal candidates whilst poised in negotiating with senior leaders. You must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment, comfortable handing multiple tasks and operating with ambiguity.
