Great opportunity to join this Medical Research organisation to support the Learning & Development Manager to manage the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS). You will be working with internal stakeholders to understand their LMS usage and ensure data integrity, as well as monitoring the learning inbox and all LMS queries. Broader L&D administration responsibilities will also be involved.
Previous experience in a similar LMS Administrator role is essential; ideally with experience managing or supporting a migration to a new LMS or HRIS. Experience using either LearnConnect and/or Litmos would be advantageous, not essential. Strong technical and interpersonal skills essential and able to work to tight deadlines in a proactive environment.
