This role is based in Madrid with a Global Management Consultancy that focuses on Talent Assessment and Leadership Development. They are looking for a Management Consultant with specific experience surrounding Talent Assessment, Leadership Development and cultural/behavioural change.
This position will involve working across industry with clients based around Madrid and Spain, providing expertise in assessment and leadership development solutions at c-suite level. Combining psychological and behavioural insight with a thorough understanding of the clients' business needs and strategy will be key.
You will possess previous experience of working within a client facing capacity as a Management Consultant and providing Talent Assessment and Leadership Development solutions. As such you will possess a post-graduate qualification in Occupational Psychology and have worked within a Big 4, mid-market or boutique management consultancy. Strong commercial acumen combined with credibility/gravitas/impact in front of senior level executives to develop long term, high-level business relationships is key, as well as your ability to develop new business.
