Hence, they are currently looking out for a strong Deputy Manager to join them in their journey.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will be required to lead a team and support all the various business units to ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR functions including payroll. This position requires you to drive, implement, improve the processes and policies with regards to the HR transformation and requires you to drive changes and always be on a lookout for new opportunities to digitalize and streamline the processes. Furthermore, you will be required to support employee relation matters, training, performance appraisals, etc.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years HR experience. The ideal candidate should also be strong in the full spectrum of HR operations, ideally have experience leading a team before. It will be good if you have prior experience in implementation of HRIS systems. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. It would be preferred if the successful candidate has good knowledge and understanding of the legislations and practices.
