Our client, an iconic, well-known non-profit firm in New York City, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Culture, Learning & Development. Reporting to the organization's highly regarded Vice President of Human Resources, the role will look after the development of learning/training curriculum & strategy, partner with business leaders to assess needs & skill gaps, manage talent, engagement & talent review processes while leading a team of 2 direct reports. The client is working through their return to work plan on a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in training, talent, culture, organizational development and thrive in an environment dedicated to the development of their employees.
