Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development
We’ve partnered with a prominent global law firm in their search for a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development. The Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development implements global strategy at the local level in assigned US offices, manages all aspects of student recruiting, attorney relations, and professional development programs and initiatives, and manages Talent management team members in assigned offices.
This role has a primary Campus focus but will enjoy the unique diversity of supporting broader HR project work and lateral recruiting. It is a role positioned for growth with the ambition of developing this person into a well-rounded HR professional and people leader. Some campus recruiting experience in related business areas is a must. The role offers the opportunity to creatively drive strategy alongside the Head of Human Capital and firm leaders while comfortably executing the day-to-day recruiting.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in TA, with a minimum of 5 year in campus recruitment.
Compensation is slated at ~145-150K Base + Bonus
